Enterprise
When the standard plans do not fit
Enterprise exists for three specific situations, not as a generic upsell.
You need a location we do not cover. Our festival derivation is fully verified for New Delhi, and other locations run through the same engine with thinner cached data. Onboarding a custom city means importing and verifying its panchang data properly.
You need a rule pack we have not authored. The pack mechanism is built and tested, but only the North Indian pack is populated today. If your community follows Tamil, Gujarati or ISKCON reckoning, that pack has to be authored — with a named authority behind each rule.
You need a contract. Contractual uptime, a security review, a named support contact, or on-premise deployment.

Pricing FAQ
What happens when I hit my limit?
Requests return 429 until the period resets. We do not silently degrade responses or bill overage without agreement — you get a clear error rather than a surprise invoice.
Why do gated endpoints return 402 instead of 403?
Because the request was valid and understood; your plan simply does not include that endpoint. 403 would imply you were forbidden, which is a different problem with a different fix. The distinction matters when you are debugging.
Is explainability really not on the Free plan?
Confidence scores and the engine envelope are available on every plan, including Free. The full evaluation trace and observatory mode begin at Starter, because they are the expensive part of the response to serve.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Billing is currently processed as one-time payments that extend your subscription period rather than auto-renewing — automatic renewal is on the roadmap. You will not be charged unexpectedly.
Can I get a city that is not in your list?
On Enterprise, yes. Note that our festival derivation is fully verified for New Delhi; other locations compute correctly but with thinner cached data, which we document on the Accuracy page.
What is your uptime commitment?
Pro carries a 99.9% target and Enterprise is contractual. Free and Starter carry no commitment. We would rather state that plainly than publish a number we do not stand behind.
Do you charge for the explain endpoint separately?
No. An explain call counts as one request like any other. Observatory mode is presentation of data the pipeline already produced, so it costs no extra computation and no extra quota.
